Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Services SUNY Upstate would like to request the services of an Audio-Visual Integrator to install and configure the upgrade to the Audio-Visual presentation and video conferencing system in the President's Auditorium within Weiskotten Hall. This proposal request reflects a full AV upgrade to the auditorium. The system shall be anchored by a Crestron video matrix and control processor along with a Cisco Room Series device allowing for large presentation, classroom use, and video conferencing. The auditorium will also be outfitted with equipment allowing for livestreaming capabilities. B. Contract Term Under a Resulting Agreement, the contract term will start after final approval of the Office of the New York State Comptroller and is anticipated to terminate four (4) months after the contract has been fully executed. Questions/Requests for clarification due April 10th, 2024 4:00 PM EST Upstate reserves the right to: 1. Reject any and all proposals received in response to this IFB. 2. Reject any or all portions of any proposal, to negotiate terms and conditions consistent with this IFB and to make an award for any or all remaining portions. 3. Withdraw the IFB at any time, at Upstate's sole discretion
