Request for Proposal (Rfp) for Task Order Under Design-build/design-bid-build Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Multiple Award Construction Contract (Db/dbb Sdvosb Macc), Various Locations, State of Hawaii The Government is soliciting to award a task order to replace the chillers and associated equipment on the roof of Building 78, Navy Lodge at Ford Island in accordance with enclosure (2). This Joint Venture (Anchor41-AAK) Design-Build Navy Task Order consists of the replacement of the existing chillers, de-superheat and chiller pumps. New BACnet DDC controls and TAB are required, along with total building commissioning. Reusing and modifying of the current electrical services to support the new chillers and associated equipment is also required. Patching and repairing of the existing single ply roof system, along with manufacturer recertification of the roof warranty is also needed. The project is Prevailing Wage and duration is currently 370 days (includes design time). Trades required: Construction Office Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Temporary Fencing, Dust Control, Sustainability Reporting, Total Building Commissioning, HAZMAT Testing, Industrial Hygenist, Demolition, HAZMAT Abatement, Single Ply Roofing, Plumbing, Mechanical, DDC Controls (BACnet), Testing/Adjusting & Balancing, Electrical & Electrical Testing. Construction Value $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Comply with the Davis-Bacon Act General Decision (minimum wage rates and fringe benefits) included with the contract award of the Contractor's current period. It is valid throughout that period of the contract. In accordance with FAR 52.211-12: Liquidated Damages--Construction (Sept 2000), if the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the task order, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $1306 for each calendar day of delay until all work is completed or accepted No questions will be answered at the site visit.
