Project Title. Landscape , Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California and Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center, Hemet, California Indian Health Service, California Area Office, Mission Statement. The overall mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska natives (AI/AN) to the highest level. Requirement. IHS, California Area Office has two upcoming requirements for landscape at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California and the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center, Hemet, California. The landscaping contract is to complete needed to maintain landscaping and grounds-keeping tasks ensuring a healing and therapeutic outdoor environment for staff, patients, and visitors. The level of effort includes commercial reports and notices as well as bi-weekly and seasonal landscaping at each of the facilities. IHS, CAO will utilize responses to determine - potential and competition requirements to methods of procurement, i.e., Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB). Any competition requirements and subsequent contract types which may include Quantity (IDIQ), Requirement contracts, and/or standalone contracts for a specific or items.
