Obtain Reverse Osmosis (RO) Quarterly and Yearly Maintenance to include replacing consumables and evaluating each system to ensure they are performing well and are running properly (operational checks). There are three RO systems, one each in Large Greenhouse #1, Small Greenhouse #2, and the Main Lab. The RO systems in the Large Greenhouse and Small Greenhouse must produce RO-quality water. The RO system in the Main Lab must produce Distilled-quality water. The period of performance of this contract is from: Base Year: February 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025 Option Year 1: February 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026 Option Year 2: February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 Option Year 3: February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2028 Option Year 4: February 1, 2028 - January 31, 2029 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
