Site work for a water / sewer project in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is Phase 1 of an 8 Phase project. Phase 1 construction consists of new watermain on Dickson Street from the entrance to Pansy Patch Park to MacKay Street. Existing watermain and City owned portion of water services will be replaced along Dickson Street. Work will also include full depth road reconstruction, asphalt gutters, concrete sidewalk, structure adjustments, structure rebuilding and installation of frame and grates. Complete tender documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained from Egis Canada Ltd., 750 Palladium Drive, Suite 310, Kanata, Ontario, K2V 1C7, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Egis Canada Ltd. All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
