Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the "District") is seeking proposals for the provision of Pavilion Cooling Tower Repairs. Deadline for Questions Submitted by Respondents 12-04-2023, 2:00 p.m. CST The District reserves the right to reject any or all Solicitation Responses and to issue a Contract Award or not to issue a Contract Award based solely on the Solicitation Responses received by the District in response to this Solicitation. 1) Set the crane and remove the fan section, store on site. 2) Remove and dispose of the existing fill material and drift eliminators from both cells. 3) Furnish and install new end and side panels of the fill sections on both cells. New panels will be galvanized steel. 4) Furnish and install new fill supports in both cells. 5) Furnish and install new top internal supports for distribution piping. 6) Furnish and install a new spray manifold box on both cells. Reinstall existing sprayer piping. 7) Furnish and install new PVC fill material and new top PVC drift eliminators in both cells. 8) All necessary materials, labor, supervision, and insurance are included. Does not include new drive assembly components, side inlet louvers, or fan section. 9) Two (2) year parts and labor warranty on materials and workmanship.
