The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify Offerors considering submitting a Proposal for the construction of the following Project: IPL Pipeline Project - Section 19-2 Part A (PL192A) IPL-CSP-24-041 Description of Work A. Pipeline Construction 1. Construction of approximately 40,000 linear feet of 84-inch water line by a combination of open cut and tunneling, valves, connections and appurtenances along the proposed alignment of Section 19 in Henderson County. 2. Construction of cathodic protection system. 3. Various site, civil and roadway improvements. B. The Owner's Budget for the Project is $75,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before March 31, 2026. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. The deadline to ask questions is 2/15/2024 5:00 PM CST Prospective bidders must register with the Procurement Website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from electronically or other site. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through the Procurement Website. Bid forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and bidders risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing bid to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the bid from award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final bid documents obtained from other sources. Provide a letter from the surety listed in Table 1 indicating that should the prospective Offeror be awarded the Contract, the Surety will provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Price.
