Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Hastings, Nebraska. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a New Grandstand, a New Concession Stand Building, and Track & Field Site Alterations. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5 percent of the total bid amount and shall be made payable to the Owner as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter the contract to construct the project and give bond in the sum as herein stated for the construction of the project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the sum of the full amount of the contract. The Owner wishes to have the construction commence on Wednesday May 15, 2024. Substantial completion for both the Grandstand and Concession stand is August 30, 2024 No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time of closing bids and the Owner reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
