The City of Calgary (The City) is looking for qualified Proponent to supply and delivery of traffic signs that meet the specification with Alberta traffic control standards including Class R, W and I but not limited to these categories. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The City intends to enter into ONE (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of two (2) years and may renewed, two (2) times for two (2) Years each time not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. .
