Renovation of a multi-residential development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Replace 24 storm doors on the first and second levels, each with a protective canopy and appropriate weatherproofing. Install new posts for double support in downspout structures over walkways, adding a 15-inch sleeve of 4x4-inch, 14-gauge galvanized square tubing to the base of each post. Ensure these structures are squared to the buildings and aligned with the wall. Replace handrail sections between units with like-for-like materials, ensuring proper anchoring to the building structure and posts. Replace any damaged sections of eavestroughs, downspouts, elbows, end caps, hangers, and bands to match existing colours and functionality, adjusting the slope as necessary.
