Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milford, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to remove the existing sidewalks on the bridge and mill the concrete deck, construct the existing bridge deck overlay, stamp and color the concrete bridge deck, reconstruct the existing sidewalk on the bridge approaches to tie into existing sidewalks, mill and overlay the roadway approaches, install roadway striping and ADA improvements, and install new signage. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. COMPLETION TIME: All work on this contract must be complete within 45 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 5 Weather Days. The City of Milfords intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about March 11, 2024.
