The Borough of Point Pleasant Beach is seeking the services of Landscapers, on a rotating basis, for the landscape design and general maintenance of Borough property as identified per Schedule A. The Contractor shall furnish all machinery, pesticides, mulch, labor and materials, technical personnel and all supervision. After each parcel has been attended to, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to clean up and remove all debris, including plant or ground material. Clippings, trimmings, or other detritus MAY NOT be blown into the street or onto adjacent properties. PROPOSAL: The Borough proposes to pay hourly fees for landscape design and maintenance of Borough properties. The following is a list of borough properties that are included in RFP A. This list is subject to change, so your bid should reflect a per-hour charge. The successful bidder will be assigned the work as necessary. Parcels may be added or deleted at the borough's discretion.
