Renovation of an educational facility in North Waltham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of Waltham invites sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. C. 30B from Equipment Vendors to Supply, Deliver and Install Equipment for the: Waltham High School- 554 Lexington Street, Waltham, MA 02452. The Equipment Consultant will answer any such questions requiring interpretation of the bid documents, if received not later than 5:00 PM, 02/14/2024 by issuing addenda to the specifications. Such addenda will become part of the Contract Documents. Neither the City of Waltham nor the Equipment Consultant will be responsible for any oral communication The 5% Bid Bonds may be scanned and sent with the Bid compliance documents and packet and an original Bid Bond shall be mailed to AET Labs at 239 Western Ave., Essex, MA 01929. Performance and payment bonds shall each be in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price Contract Completion: 24 MAY 2024. The City will reject any and all bids in accordance with the above referenced General Laws. In addition, the City reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids (in whole or in part) if it be in the public interest to do so.
