Site work for a mixed-use development in Milford, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and transportation facility.
This project will replace the Devon Rail Bridge over Housatonic River between Stratford and Milford in Connecticut. Replacement of the Naugatuck Avenue Bridge and Metro-North Railroad Bridge are expected to be replaced concurrently. As of February 17, 2026, further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Design is expected to be completed in December of 2029 with construction to start in the spring of 2030.
