Sealed bids for performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of Main Street Sewer Replacement, J-2020-63S (the Work). The Work is to be done in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the Owners office located at 1717 E. Miraloma Avenue, Placentia, California 92870, which plans and specifications are designated as above, and which documents are by this reference incorporated herein. Est. Completion Date: May 15, 2024 The Work involves performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, as provided by the Contract Documents, for a completed work of improvement as follows: Job Number J-2020-63S consisting of the construction of approximately 310 linear feet of 8" HDPE sewer and 150 linear feet of 8" PVC sewer. The 8" HDPE will be installed via pipe bursting technique due to the lack of space and access to the existing sewer line while the 8" PVC will be installed via traditional trenching. Furthermore, the scope of work includes the construction of three new manholes, the reconnection of all existing service laterals, and establishment of laterals for future connection. Pre-bid meeting: At the Pre-Bid Meeting, Bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding local conditions, construction, labor difficulties, and restrictions related to the execution of the Work under the Contract. All questions relating to interpretation of the Contract Documents or products must be submitted in writing no later than December 13, 2023.
