Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Two Phase Selection Process: This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested respondents. The second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified respondents to provide a financial and technical bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. The qualification list will expire upon award of a contract in Phase Two and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires contaminated sediment to be remediated within the Western Con-stance Cove Work Site as part of the Western Constance Cove Remediation Project (WCCRP). The project is not a standard dredging and disposal project as it is a specialized sediment remediation project. The work is located in Es-quimalt Harbour on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, within DND’s Canadian Forces Base – Esquimalt (CFB Esquimalt).
