The City of Melville is seeking quotes on Janitorial Services and Grounds Maintenance for City Hall for a three year term commencing January 1, 2024 to December 31st, 2026. Note that the scope may change depending upon budget availability and availability of City staff. Contract to Start January 1, 2024 All Inquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, via email, to tmogenson@melville.ca by 1:00PM, local time, December 6th, 2023. Questions received after submission deadline will not be answered. The City of Melville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The City reserves the right to accept a quote other than that with the highest evaluated score without stating reasons. By submitting a quote, the proponent waives any right to contest, in any proceedings or action, the right of the City to accept or reject any quote in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the City may consider any other factor besides capability to perform the work, in its sole and unfettered discretion. This Request for Quotation does not commit the City to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a quote, or attendance at an interview meeting with City staff.
