Site work and paving for a civil project in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of January, 2024, construction of this project has commenced, however, a timeline for completion has not been confirmed. Meadows Park Drive Construction This Work Includes the Construction of New Public Roadway and Its Associated Utilities, Landscaping and Signage. A Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, or A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The Successful Bidder Must Replace the Bid Guaranty With a One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance Bond Upon Award of the Bid. The City of Huber Heights Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities of Bids, Should Same Be to the Advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
