To solicit proposals for the purchase and installation of collegiate level furniture for the Hartnett Hall renovation. The Procurement Officer is the point of contact for this RFP. Offerors shall direct all communications regarding this RFP to the Procurement Officer. Do not add the Procurement Officer to any marketing distribution lists. PROCUREMENT OFFICER: Sheila Latham EMAIL: sheila.latham@minotstateu.edu PHONE: 701-858-4145 Minot State University (STATE) is soliciting proposals for furniture for Hartnett Hall. The CONTRACTOR will propose furniture which complements the design scheme of the renovated Hartnett Hall and will meet the needs of the students and staff. The design for the installation of the furniture must make the most efficient use of the space. MSU shall approve the design and furniture prior to placing an order with the contractor. Upon issue of a purchase order, the contractor shall deliver and install the selected furniture to the designated areas of Hartnett Hall. The furniture must be in excellent condition when delivered for installation. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for and reasonable incidental to providing and installing the furniture. The contractor shall adhere to all safety requirements concerning the maintenance and inspections of the furniture. The installation of the furniture must be done to the highest quality. Installation is to include clean up and removal of any and all packing materials and trash from the building upon completion of the job. The delivery and installation of the furniture ordered must be completed by February 12, 2024. The contractor shall offer at a minimum the manufacturer's standard warranty for furniture.
