SCOPE OF WORK When requested the successful respondent(s) will be required to visit Board sites with/or without a Board designee within 24-48 hours of such notice. The site visit is to assess the site(s) and condition(s) to determine requirements and provide a quotation for a project (based on instructions from the Board). The successful respondent(s) shall report back to Board Designee within the designated 24 - 48 hours of the site visit, or sooner as requested. The cost of this work shall be inclusive of the unit rates awarded as part of this quote. No additional or separate costs will be paid for these assessment and quotation services Questions Due Date: Nov 30th 2023, 4:00 PM EST Agreement to Bond from an approved bonding company for a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and material bond. The term of the contract is to be for a period from Award to December 31, 2024, with an option in favour of the Board, to extend the contract with the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, subject to satisfactory performance and negotiated pricing. Project has been cancelled and a new RFQ will be posted with modified requirements.
