Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Itasca, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Village of Itasca will receive sealed proposals for the 2023 Variable Frequency Drive Replacement Program. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders contained within the Bid Documents. The contractor will be required to pay not less than the prevailing wage rates on this project as established by the United States Department of Labor. The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable Federal, State and local regulations. The Village of Itasca reserves the right to reject all proposals if it has documented sound business reasons. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bi dder.
