Jacobsen Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") has been selected by Division of Construction and Facilities Management, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Contractor for new construction of the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Contractor invites qualified trade contractors and vendors (hereinafter referred to as "Subcontractor") to submit proposals for the applicable Work Scope. - The intent of this RFP is to select a Subcontractor to construct the GFRC Cladding systems using a value based selection. - 07H GFRC This Project will be a part of a Subcontract Default Insurance (SDI) program. All Subcontractors submitting a bid for this Project must be currently enrolled in Contractor's prequalification program for their bids to be evaluated. Questions during the bidding process regarding bid procedures, Work Scope requirements, or construction documents should be addressed in writing to Contractor c/o Shaun Robbins at srobbins@jbuild.com. No others are to be contacted about the Project. The Owner and Contractor reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and/or technicalities, etc.
