Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The scope of this project is to make the current 3' wide door on the south side of the campus book store ADA compliant and wider for easier access. We will be removing the small stair and landing and creating an ADA pathway and a wider set of concrete stairs. we will be replacing the current 3' wide door with power sliding door that will have a 5' opening. we will be required to cut into the existing masonry wall and add additional structural steel to reinforce the new opening. Scope includes but is not limited to: demolition, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel, metal handrail, waterproof membrane, sliding entrance door, painting, mechanical, electrical.
