All blocks are located in Robson Valley. This contract will be a 5-year OTR survey contract. Survey data is to be collected using a software program that has the functionality to export data into The Land Resource Management Program (LRM), formerly known as Cengea. Additional information regarding the software program can be found in Schedule C. Walkthrough surveys (Visual Assessments) have no requirement of plots, but collected walk-through data is to be exported into LRM. An example of data collection requirements for survey walkthroughs is shown in the BCTS Walkthrough Form as found in Appendices. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.PrinceGeorgeTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:30 pm on December 4, 2023. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by December 7, 2023.
