Site work and paving for a civil project in Floresville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of reconstruction of two streets within the City of Floresville and Drainage Improvements. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The bid will be awarded to the highest scoring bidder based on set evaluation criteria. A Bidder's failure to respond to the requested qualifications inquiry may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Bids may be held by the City of Floresville for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and researching bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Written questions and comments shall be submitted no less than 72 hours prior to bid opening Question Deadline 12/01/2023
