Reference number : 1783143 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-20 Centre de services scolaire des Samares is inviting tenders for the Replacement of Roof and Various Service Interventions at the Administrative Centre located at 4671, rue Principale, Saint-Félix-de-Valois, Qc. The work includes, but is not limited to: - protection of the premises during interior and exterior work, - dismantling and reinstallation of the suspended ceiling where necessary, - new asphalt shingle roof, - new flat roof with PVC membrane, - replacement of ventilation units on the roof, - levelling of existing ventilation ducts to new roofing units, - connection of electrical equipment. The work will be carried out in occupancy during the project period. A schedule will need to be submitted prior to the start of the work for approval.
