Water Tank Storage Replacement 2. Final Completion Date: November 30, 2024 3. Total Project Duration: 300 calendar days (inclusive of substantial and final completion) 4. Unfavorable weather conditions shall not be justification for delays in completion or final completion dates as specified. No change orders will be issued or approved for extensions of time due to weather conditions. Scope of work: The following work shall be performed by the Contractor as called for in the Contract Drawings and as set forth in these Specifications as required to provide, a new 300,000 gallon flat bottom reservoir water storage tank as intended in the Contract drawings and as required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Bureau of Water Systems and Well Permitting (BWS&WP).
