Renovation of a multi-residential development in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Scope of Services includes renovating townhouse units at our River Park complex, quickly, so they are ready for new residents. The renovations could include painting, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other items. Painting consists of preparing walls and trim to accept paint by correction minor defects and making wall into "like new" condition, in order to accept new paint product. Painting could consist of one to three colors of paint, chosen by the Owner for all walls and trim. Flooring consists of resilient flooring installation in units specified. Flooring would include the demolition of all old flooring and the removal and replacement of underlayment. Floors should be made to be "like new" in order to accept new product. Carpentry could consist of installing new cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, and other miscellaneous items. Electrical could be outlets, switches, 220 lines, GFI's, smoke detectors, etc. Each unit will be different. HVAC could consist of replacing furnaces, hot water tanks or just parts being replaced or venting replaced/fixed. Plumbing could be sinks, faucets, showers, etc. Each unit will be different. Units need to be in lease ready condition when completed, which includes cleaning, waxing flooring, etc. Contractor to provide total price (lump sum) for the unit and for final contract amount for work described in each bid package they are bidding on. Forms are in the Bid Packages. FHC needs these units complete in a timely manner, so Calendar days for completion will be 120 days from Notice to Proceed to complete work. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the FHC and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, if the bid price is over Jenny cooper will be the contact for this package. if you have any question , Please Call at 810-736-3099 1. Remove and replace all interiortrim 7. Remove and replace kitchen cabinets, countertops faucets 8. Remove and replace bathroom toilet, vanity, sink, bath tub, surround and faucets 9. Remove and replace electrical, receptacles and covers 10. Remove and replace range hood 11.Inspect the furnace/hot water heater 12. Clean/sanitize heat ducts 13. Remove and replace VCT tile throughout 14.Paint walls, ceilings, interior doors and exterior doors 15. Remove and replace Exterior doors 16. Remove and replace security screen doors if needed 17. Rough Carpentry 18. Finish Carpentry 19. Plumbing 20.Heating 21.Electrical.
