The proposed project would include partnering with the developer to make improvements to the BPS beyond the developer's requirement to support current and future demand in the Washington Street Pressure Zone outside of the developer's responsibility. As of April 4, 2024, this project is included in the City of Chelan's FY 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
