As of January 31, 2024 this project was awarded to All Roads Paving Inc. with the awarded amount of $924.Z67.25 for the construction of: ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ALONG WAGNER ROAD FROM YUKON PARKWAY TO SARA ROAD CITY OF YUKON, OKLAHOMA Bids submitted by a Bidder who has been pre-qualified by the City of Oklahoma City, shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Requirements for Bidders, All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids shall also be made in accordance with the prevailing hourly rates of wages (if applicable) for this locality and project as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and filed with the Secretary of State, a copy of which prevailing hourly rate of wages is made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. The low bidder must establish and maintain a yard in the City Limits of Yukon
