Rebid 4 - Water Plant Hach Analyzer Maintenance & Repair Services Description: The California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Centinela State Prison (CEN) is inviting responses to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) titled Water Plant Hach Analyzer Maintenance & Repair Services. Bid Number C5611386-D, Rebid 3. This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Water Plant Hach Analyzer Repair, Testing, Calibration, Inspection, and Automated Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the State and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Centinela State Prison (CEN), located at 2302 Brown Road, Imperial, CA 92251. EXTENSION OF TERM This Agreement may not be amended to extend the term except where necessary to complete performance of the original agreement and not to provide for additional services. BASIS FOR AWARD The award of an Agreement, if it is to be awarded, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements prescribed herein. In the event a bidder submits more than one (1) bid for the same institution/service under this bid process, the State shall select the lowest bid and reject all other bids from this bidder.
