St. Louis County Public Works Lab Roof Replacement project consists of the following work: complete removal of existing roof assemblies indicated down to existing wood tongue and grove wood plank or plywood sheathing. Complete installation of indicated EPDM roof assembly, new sheet metal flashings and trim at roof areas, removal and infill of abandoned roof exhaust bents and wall vents as indicated on the drawings. Work shall include coordination of existing roof fents and all existing penetrations.
