The contract price will be $1,500,000 and shall be for one year or until $1,500,000 of work orders have been completed, whichever occurs first. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A or C-8 contractor's license. The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to a responsible contractor with the lowest responsive bid; however, the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
