Compliance with the prevailing rates of wages and apprenticeships employment standards established by the State Director of Industrial Relations and the Federal government will be required. MBE(12%), WBE(7%), DBE(14%) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN 60 WORKING DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CITY'S NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION.
