Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK Design the lay back of the levee that includes a multi use path from the Great Miami Trail into McKinley Park on the north side and from the Wolf Creek Trail on the south side. Conduct the hydraulic analysis for the propped layout the meet the requirement set by the Miami Conservancy District (MCD) The hydraulic analysis per the attached MCD requirements. Hydraulic analyses shall evaluate the removal of the concrete revetment with levee lay back. Hold a minimum of 3 design meetings with City Staff. Proposers Deadline to Submit Questions: 5:00 PM on, December 4, 2023 City's Written Responses to Questions: December 8, 2023 The Agreement shall commence upon execution by the City and shall terminate upon expenditure of all funds provided herein or on December 31, 2029, whichever date is earlier. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, or to accept the proposal(s) which in the judgment of proper officials, is in the best interest of the City.
