As of December 28, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Engineer's Estimate: $900,000.00 Any questions regarding this criterion should be directed to the Montgomery County Purchasing Director at 937-225-6464. All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "130063-85, Mantz Water Main Replacement" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. The project consists of installing approximately 2,146' of 8" DIP and 28 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the plans are also included.
