The City of Ottawa, Facilities Services, Transit Operations, and Water Services Departments (the City) have a requirement for the supply and delivery of Coloured Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel #1 (ULSD #1) and Coloured Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel #2 (ULSD #2) fuel for generator refueling (the "Goods", the "Fuel"), on an as and when requested basis. Term: 2024/01/01 12:00:00 AM EST - 2025/12/31 12:00:00 AM EST Option: Three (3) optional one (1) year extensions.
