As part of Real Property Services action plan on reducing plastic, investigate installation of the water bottle re-filling stations in PSPC crown-owned facilities where feasible. Consultant shall carry out detail site investigations and carry out a thorough assessment of the site. The prime consultant shall acquire the services of an architect as needed. The investigation shall assess the use of new fountains that have no touch, sensor activated and auto shut off timer features and should migrate away from halocarbon usage. In the report, the consultant shall include various options for water re-filling stations and associated costs. The consultant shall also show possible locations of them in the building floor plans. It is required 21 units. The re-re is not probable due to DSR, some piping size that are not standardized, asbestos in the walls, space size, tenant space and majority are located at the main hallways. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date. A suretys consent indicating that, in accordance with section 5.18.1. of this ITT, the surety company will furnish the contract security which shall include a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and materials payment bond of the Bid Price or a consent from the Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank that an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price will be furnished.
