Demolition and clean up of 675 neville st, reserve mines: - contractor to demolish old vacant and damaged service garage, and have Remedial work performed as required by an environmental assessment at the Site of the service garage. - contractor to obtain demo permit prior to work commencing. - contractor to remove all derilict vehicles from property and deposit any scrap pieces at an approved salvage yard. - contractor to remove all tires from property and deposit at an approved tire recycling facility. - contractor to remove oil tanks from property and deposit at an approved Waste facility. - contractor to remove all debris, including but not limited to, matresses, old household appliances (I.E. Laundry appliances, cooking appliances, etc. Scattered across the property). - contractor to have property mowed to verify all debris has been collected and removed, ensuring the property is left in a neat and tidy manner.
