2656 CROSSPARK ROAD - REPLACE RTU Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at 2656 Crosspark Road, Coralville Iowa. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated November 28. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor Project consists of replacement of Rooftop air conditioning unit.including disconnecting of all utilities and controls from the existing unit, replacing it with a new unit and reconnecting all utilities and controls. Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas between April 1 2024 and Aprill 30, 2024 OR October 1, 2024 and October 30, 2024. 2) Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas outside of regular working hours, which are 5:00 p.m. Friday through 8:00 a.m. the following Monday. 3) Constructor shall not commence work in the project areas of existing buildings until after long lead-time materials are delivered to the job site. These lead-times will include shop drawing/submittal preparation and review, fabrication and shipping. This scheduling restriction is used to minimize the duration of disruption caused by construction activity to Owner-occupied areas that surround the project work areas
