CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE CLASSIFICATION: The Contractor shall possess a valid, unexpired Class A General Engineering Contractor license approved by the State of California Contractors State License Board at the time of submitting bids. Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day The Engineer's Cost Estimate is $1,000,000.
