Completion Date: April 30, 2024 Notice is hereby given thatsealed bids will be received by the Douglas County Sewer District No. 1 for construction of the Lexington Avenue to Lawler Street Sewer Replacement Small Works - Rebid project. Work to be performed includes: replacement of approximately 215 linear feet (LF) of 8" PVC sewer with new 12" HDPE (includes pipe bursting). Bidder's Qualification Requirements: The contractor (or subcontractor) who will perform pipe bursting for this project must show experience for at least three (3) successful gravity sewer main pipe bursting projects with a minimum length of 200 feet of 8-inch or larger sewer pipe within the last 5 years. Projects listed must have similar and relevant physical components to those of this project. The Owner has absolute final determination if the Contractor's experience is relevant or similar.
