Project Scope includes a New Junction Box; New 20 MGD Mechanical Fine Screening Building; New 20 MGD submersible Pump Station with dry-weather and wet-weather pumps; New 2.25 MG Above Ground Bolted Steel Tank with Automatic Flush and Dewatering System; New Odor Control System; rical and Controls Building; Site Piping; Site Work; Electrical and Instrumentation Work; HVAC work; Plumbing Work; SCADA Work and New Primary Electrical Service and New Backup Diesel Generator. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids will be recieved for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Checks for bidding documents shall be payable to lochmueller group Inc. Upon Request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charges, the issuing office will transmit the bidding documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective bidder. The date that bidding documents are transmitted by the issuing office will be considered the bidder's date of receipt of the bidding documents. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office.
