Project Scope of work is listed below: Replacement of existing BAS Controls systems and Heating Hot Water and Chilled Water pumps, and Minisplit Unit Replacements at Riverwood Elementary School, River Dell Elementary School, West Smithfield Elementary School, and Glendale Kenly Elementary School. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Bid security required is 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required. Johnston County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. This submission is an attestation that the entity providing this response is in compliance with state and federal conflicts of interest laws, including N.C.G.S. 14-234.
