Last Day for Questions December 19, 2023 Services performed pursuant to this contract shall commence upon execution of the agreement and continue as necessary to perform and complete all the work required. The term of the Contract resulting from the solicitation, shall be for an initial thirty-six (36) month period. The Contract may, by mutual assent of the parties, be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods or portions thereof, up to a cumulative total of sixty (60) months The City of Wildwood is requesting bids for Aquatic Weed Control Treatment & Services. Qualified firms wishing to respond to RFP #2024-12 Aquatic Weed control Treatment & Services must furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and any incidentals necessary to provide Aquatic Weed Control Treatment & Services for City facilities. The initial term of the Agreement shall be March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2027, with the option to renew for two (2) one (1) year periods. Following completion of the initial term, the renewal period shall automatically occur on March 1, unless either party provides a minimum ninety (90) day written notice of non-renewal. The prices awarded by Vendor shall remain fixed and firm for the initial term of the Agreement. At a minimum of six (6) months prior to the end of the initial term, Vendor may submit a request in writing to the "CITY" to negotiate an increase or decrease to the current awarded pricing to become effective for the renewal periods. SITE VISITS Contractors are encouraged to visit the locations (see maps) to get a better knowledge and understanding of what is required and the location of the basins.
