Weber City Elementary (322 Jennings St Weber City, VA 24290) - Provide abatement services for 4 small bathrooms (rooms 127, 128, 131, and 132) and the adjacent hallway totaling approximately 160sf for all 4 bathrooms and 2 hallways. The abatement will be two separate containment areas at Weber City Elementary School. Yuma Elementary (130 Grover Cleveland Lane Gate City, VA 24251) - Provide abatement services for 4 small bathrooms (rooms 129, 130, 137, and 138) and the adjacent hallway totaling approximately 160sf for all 4 bathrooms and 2 hallways. The abatement will be two separate containment areas at Yuma Elementary School. ESA will be responsible for all testing associated with the abatement. Scott County Schools will have all fixtures, base molding, and doors removed The contractor is responsible to field verify all dimensions of the abatement area. The school will be available for work beginning at 1:30pm on Wednesday December 20, 2023 and shall be completed no later than Tuesday January 2, 2024 The asbestos contractor shall provide all project documentation required for Scott County Schools records, 10% of project cost will be withheld until all documents are received. The contractor shall provide all equipment for the abatement.
