The MSD Lawrence Township (the "District" or "MSDLT") seeks proposals for a project to supply and install Category 1 eligible network operating equipment upgrades at its eligible locations. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon the successful obtaining of E-Rate funding, and the contract agreement between the District and the successful bidder must recognize that contingency. The District seeks an agreement that allows it to work with the selected vendor to adjust quantities and/or scale back or cancel the project entirely as needed based upon funding availability and/or the best interests of the District. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals and establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations. The services requested in these documents are part of the E-Rate filings for Funding Year 2024 for Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township. The specific filing is 470 application #240004040. Any questions related to the technical aspects of this document should be posted to this RFP in this bidding portal no later than 12 pm Eastern on December 20, 2023. Answers to any written questions or any additional information, revisions, or clarifications to the RFP will be provided in this portal no later than January 2, 2024. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued.
