NTPC requires a winter road to the Snare hydro facility for shift changes and to allow for transport of resupply fuels, waste removal (including sewage) and aggregate to and from site. Construct, maintain and decommission a winter road for shift change, fuel supply, waste removal and aggregate transport to and from the Snare hydro facility.
