Reference Number 0000259188 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/14 11:59:00 PM MST The City requires a qualified and experienced Roofing Contractor to provide the necessary materials, labour, tools, equipment, and all incidentals to perform roof repairs, maintenance services, interim inspections for maintenance purposes, replacements and installations on an as, if, and when required basis for its various facilities. Roof Maintenance Services 1 Conduct Maintenance Services as Needed, Either in Response to Roofing Inspections Carried Out by the Citys Roofing Consultant or Interim Inspections Conducted by the Successful Respondent. 2 Clear Out Debris From Downspouts and Gutters. 3 Apply Roof Treatments or Coatings as Required. 4 Seal Any Identified Leaks or Gaps to Prevent Water Infiltration. Roof Replacements and Installations 1 Provide a Detailed Quote for the Specific Roof Replacement Project. 2 Removal and Disposal of Old Roofing Materials. 3 Installation of New Roof Including but Not Limited to Underlayment, Flashing, and the Appropriate Roofing Materials. 4 Perform a Final Inspection to Ensure Roof is Functional and Meets Quality Standards to Ensure Longevity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years as one increment.
