Renovation of an educational facility in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
RVS is requesting proposals from General Contractors licensed and qualified to carry out work in the Province of Alberta; to enter into an Agreement to perform Meadowbrook Mechanical Upgrades as per the following instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications. The scope of work for the Meadowbrook School includes a mechanical upgrade as follows: Upgrade the heating plant with new boilers, pumps, heating specialties. New glycol heat exchanger and pumps to serve main and gym air handling unit heating coils. New domestic hot water heater. New Industrial Arts air handling unit. Rebuild existing main air handling unit as detailed within drawing package. Provide new gym air handling unit. New Convergint DDC for all upgraded equipment.
